Meal Availability

• Meal service is available only on select international flights.
• No meals or snacks are served on domestic flights.
• Hot meals are provided only on certain international routes and are subject to availability.

Allergens & Passenger Responsibility

• Nuts or nut-based products may be present in meals or served as snacks and accompaniments.
• TezJet cannot guarantee a nut-free environment on any flight.
• Passengers with allergies are strongly advised to:
  Carry their own food and medication.
  Consult a healthcare provider before flying.

Pre-Booked Meals – Availability & Substitution

If a pre-booked snack or meal is unavailable, TezJet may:

• Offer a substitute item (based on availability), or
• Provide a voucher refund equal to the amount paid for the unavailable item.
• No further claims or compensation will be entertained in such cases.

Product Representation

• Product taste, quality, portion size, or ingredients are not guaranteed.
• Menu information and images are provided “as is, where is” from our food suppliers.
• Actual meals may differ from promotional images.

Service Flow

• Food and beverage service is conducted row-wise, according to standard crew service procedures.
• Early or special requests may not be accommodated.

Pricing

• Prices listed for food and beverages are exclusive of applicable taxes and fees, unless stated otherwise.
• Final billing may include applicable surcharges at the time of purchase.

General Notes

TezJet LLC reserves the right to:

• Modify or withdraw any food/beverage item at any time.
• Make service changes due to operational or regulatory constraints.

Special Meal Requests

• At present, no special meal requests (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, religious meals) are accepted.
• Passengers with specific dietary needs are advised to make personal arrangements prior to travel.

Child and Infant Meals

• TezJet currently does not provide separate child or infant meals.
• Parents or guardians are encouraged to bring appropriate food or formula for children or infants traveling with them.

Storage & Consumption Restrictions

• All outside food brought onboard must be securely packaged and stored.
• Consumption of strong-smelling foods that may inconvenience fellow passengers or violate safety/hygiene standards is discouraged.
• Cabin crew may request disposal of items that breach onboard policies.

Alcoholic Beverages

• TezJet may serve alcoholic beverages on select international routes, subject to local regulations.
• Passengers are not permitted to consume personal alcohol onboard.
• TezJet reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to any passenger at its discretion.

Service Disruptions

Meal service may be delayed, modified, or canceled without notice due to:

• Weather conditions
• Flight delays
• Regulatory restrictions
• Safety concerns or crew instructions
• No compensation shall be provided in such instances beyond what is stated under Clause 3.
