All passengers are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess valid and appropriate travel documents for their entire journey, including but not limited to:
Passengers who fail to present the required documentation may be denied boarding, offloaded, refused entry, or deported by immigration authorities. In such cases, TezJet shall not be liable for any resulting costs, losses, damages, penalties, accommodation expenses, onward travel disruptions, or return transportation charges.
TezJet currently does not maintain any codeshare or interline agreements with other airlines.

Passengers traveling with TezJet to Delhi with onward connections must ensure they meet all applicable visa requirements prior to travel.
Please be advised that passengers traveling from Bishkek to Delhi, including those with onward connections to Bangladesh or other destinations, are required to hold a valid Indian visa.
TezJet reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger who does not possess the required valid visa and travel documentation. In such cases, the airline shall not be held responsible for any resulting costs or consequences.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of a valid passport or other travel document acceptable to the immigration authorities of both the departure and destination countries.
Please be advised that while certain travel documents may be accepted for departure by Kyrgyz authorities, they may not be accepted by Russian border authorities upon arrival. Based on repeated instances where passengers travelling with certain types of documents have been refused entry into Russia, TezJet reserves the right to deny boarding where there is a reasonable risk of inadmissibility at the destination.
Passengers are strongly advised to travel with a valid passport or other travel document that is accepted by the destination country's authorities.
Any passenger denied boarding due to travel document deficiencies or inadmissibility concerns may be subject to the applicable fare rules and Conditions of Carriage.

Seats can be purchased at the time of booking, or they can be added after a reservation has been made via the Manage Booking online. There are seats at no cost that can be selected during the booking process as well as during the check-in window.

For safe travel, we have a few requirements for our Passengers who are expecting mothers. We understand that pregnancy is not a medical condition unless there are known medical complications which can endanger the life of mother or the child. However we request you to avoid travelling after 28th week of pregnancy. “TEZ JET LLC” does not accept carriage of passengers with complicated pregnancy.

A child over the age of 2 (two) years and under the age of 12 (twelve) years, as of the date of travel of the onward and return journey (if any, under the same PNR).
Infant (International Flights)
A child over 7 (seven) days and under 2 (two) years of age as of the travel date, usually not allocated a separate seat unless purchased.
Child/Children (Domestic Flights)
