Note: The total weight of the container with the animal must not exceed 5 kg. Woven containers may be used for transporting cats and dogs weighing no more than 3 kg. |
The maximum dimensions of the container shall not exceed: Height: 55 cm x Width: 90 cm x Length: 90 cm The container must allow the animal to stand in a natural position without touching the top, turn around, and lie down comfortably. Considering the maximum permitted container height of 55 cm, only small-sized animals are accepted for carriage. As a guideline, animals carried in containers with a maximum height of 55 cm are typically small-sized, with an approximate weight not exceeding 10–12 kg, depending on breed and body dimensions. The total weight of the animal together with the container (crate) shall not exceed 23 kg |
Note : If a passenger carries more than one (1) piece of checked-in baggage, or exceeds the permitted free baggage weight, excess baggage (X-Bag) charges will be applicable as per the prevailing rates.
